Thank you for choosing GWaT™, your personal hydration tracker! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our product. Please read the following information regarding our warranty and returns policy.

Warranty

GWaT, a product offered by MaddBurt Innovations LLC, comes with a 1-year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, MaddBurt Innovations LLC will exchange the product with a new one.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear

To make a warranty claim, please contact us using the information provided on our website. Proof of purchase will be required to validate your claim.

Returns

GWaT is sold in both retail and wholesale varieties. Please note the differences in how returns are handled for each.  For any issues related to returns or if you have questions about our warranty, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Retail – Amazon and Walmart

GWaT is offered for retail through Amazon.com and Walmart.com.  All purchases are subject to Amazon’s or Walmart’s return policy. Amazon and Walmart offer a 30-day and 90-day return window, respectively, from the date of delivery for most products. If you are an Amazon Prime or Walmart+ customer, returns are typically free of charge within this timeframe.

Before initiating a return with Amazon or Walmart, we encourage you to reach out to MaddBurt Innovations LLC if you encounter any issues with your GWaT product. We are here to assist you and resolve any concerns you may have.

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided by Amazon or Walmart on their website. Be sure to adhere to their return policy guidelines and include all original packaging and accessories.

Wholesale – Bulk Orders and Private Label

Wholesale purchases are made to order.  As such, we generally do not accept returns. If your issue is related to a product defect or problems with order fulfilment, please see the Refund and Replacement Policy in our Terms of Service on how to proceed.
